Refund Policy

General Tickets

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for cancellations of tickets. If a request for transferring dates of tickets is made with less than 48 hours notice before start time of event – no transfer or refund will be available.

However, with enough notice, we can transfer your ticket to another event. All requests must be made by email: tracee@asplashofcolour.nz

Coronavirus (COVID-19):

*Should A Splash of Colour have to cancel an event due to Coronavirus (COVID-19) which is out of our control, we will happily swap your tickets to a future date of your choice but will be unable to offer refunds.

Private Bookings

We take full payment for corporate/private bookings prior to the event.

If you needed to cancel your event, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund, but we can rearrange your event to a different date.

If the number of people attending the private event decreases after payment has been made, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for those unable to attend.

We take full payment before a private event, to secure the booking. Should you wish to add on any additional people to the event after the invoice has been paid, the cost will be the same price per head as the original booking.
